At cafe recup we serve simple food and proper coffee in spaces full of stubborn charm. Real, warm and a little imperfect. Just the way we like it. 

For our location in Antwerp we’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Crew Member with experience to bring warmth, care and a good dose of energy to the team and our guests.

• You have the right dose of stubborn charm, the kind that makes people feel instantly welcome. Offering every customer a warm welcome and being ready with advice, you make everyone want to come back.

• You work smoothly behind the bar and in the kitchen, creating coffees, juices and serving up tasty plates.

• You are a true teamplayer, contributing to an inclusive environment and adding positivity (and a touch of calm) even when things get busy.

• You like a cosy, tidy workplace and happily do your bit to keep it that way.

• You embrace opportunities for personal growth, looking for ways to advance and to that little better than the day before

• You are a honest and humble hearted, hard-worker

• You have previous experience in hospitality and know your way around both bar and kitchen

• You are flexible, reliable and don’t mind working on weekends 

• You are a real go-getter with a hands-on mentality who can switch smoothly and knows how to prioritise, even at the busiest times

• You speak fluent Dutch (and are able to switch to English when needed)

• A full-time position (38h) with a variable schedule during the day hours

• A nice salary package according to the barema regulations of PC 302 at cat.II
